We were formed in 1953 and now have 4 hard courts and all 4 have flood lights and a new surfaces. Our 4th court is a new court as of 2006 with new Floodlights on courts 3 and 4.
Our club house is part of the Willand Village hall, but does have adequate facilities such as a kitchen, toilets and male/female changing rooms. Two table tennis tables are also available!
Despite being a small village club we have several teams that includes winter league teams in the second division and boasts 2 mixed teams in the Exeter and district 2nd division. Both mens teams are doing well and are hoping to get promoted again for what would be 5 seasons in a row.
Our club caters for a wide range of standards from beginner upwards as well as all age ranges.
We have reasonable membership rates, no playing-in test and no restrictions on coloured clothing. The public can use the courts much of the time.
We are always looking for new members and so with the summer season about to start what better time to join. We have lots of teams both adult and junior and also provide junior coaching on Friday afternoons through the summer term.
