Honeybees is nestled between Willand and uffculme, just a few hundred yards from Willand Village, with beautiful & plentiful garden play space. The nursery offers full day care from 7.30am and runs sessions to meet your family needs, throughout our busy day until 6pm.

We have many families from the surrounding areas, with babies starting with us from 3 months old, in varying ages until they go to school. All staff are highly trained to help nurture all of the children in our care, offering them support to settle and achieve what they set out to learn. All staff know the children well and this helps children to feel secure and have a sense of belonging.

We accept  2yr old, 3 yr old Nursery education grant and extended (30hour) entitlement funding, with sessions to suit your childcare needs.

Honeybees is focused on the children, what we can do or provide for them to make their day with us fun and enjoyable, with this comes the education that will set them in good stead for their future primary education years.
The building is open plan and homely, with little areas to meet the children’s interests and help their imaginations grow. Staff provide an abundance of phonic and math activities in a fun and inviting way, where children can find and discover, and staff can support their learning onto their next step of learning.

Our staff provide forest school sessions throughout the day, so children have an active role in making and doing in their environment. This helps children have a sense of belonging and therefore achieve highly in their learning.
Children have a growing vegetable patch, where we nurture and then enjoy the fruits of our labour, preparing the foods they have grown, with much excitement and pride.
